Well respected firm offering competitive remuneration seeks talented Private Client Solicitor to Head their successful Wills, Trusts & Probate Department. This role would be ideally suited to an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with the drive and personality to provide first class client care whilst managing and developing staff.

The successful applicant will inherit a busy and varied caseload and deal with the full spectrum of private client work including Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration, Tax, Trusts and Court of Protection.

In addition to handling a stimulating caseload they will manage a department of Fee Earners at varying levels of qualification and support staff. Prior management experience is desirable but not essential.

Whilst it is not essential STEP qualification is distinctly advantageous, candidates with this qualification will find their applications fast tracked.
