In House Private Client Solicitor

My client is a growing Warwickshire based family run private client wealth management organisation, which assists its clients in protecting their assets through a number of different means. Accordingly, they are looking to recruit a private client solicitor or legal executive with a strong background in 'lifetime' work. 
 
You will be a private client solicitor who has experience dealing with a wide range of private client matters, together with some experience dealing with the administration of Trusts. The day to day remit will include: administering estates, buying and selling trust and estate properties, transferring trust assets in and out of trusts, conducting trustees’ meetings and administering trusts, including dealing with trust tax returns.
 
It is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor looking to move in-house and break away from the conventions of private practice time recording and chargeable units.
