This successful and well established Top 50 Private Practice Firm is seeking a NQ Solicitor to join their expanding Healthcare Litigation Team in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will undertake a varied workload of patient matters and public law work. This will mean working on complex cases covering such areas as FOI, Inquests, Complaints, Mental Health and Mental Capacity as well as NHS Commissioning and a lot more.

Candidates will need to have a proven academic record as well as excellent literary and drafting skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the role offers excellent career prospects and salary package for the right candidate. In return however, there is an expectation on the part of the firm that the successful candidate will possess good litigation skills and understanding of the structures of the NHS and the duties of doctors and other clinical professionals which will have come from the seats you've undertaken during your training contract
