Personal Injury Solicitor - Senior Associate

A Legal 200 leading South East law firm to seeking to hire an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor for its well established and highly regarded claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department based in South London. 

This Personal Injury Solicitor role is a pivotal hire into this small, collegiate team and you will be working on a variety of complex personal injury cases and some clinical negligence.

You will have at least 6 years' PQE with a strong background in personal injury and catastrophic injury, with experience of managing a caseload, running the case from initial instruction, pre-empting issues, demonstrating excellent client care skills for your clients, and ideally candidates will have the Accreditation to APIL and be a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.

This position will have a financial target to be achieved therefore it would be essential to demonstrate you are able to reach targets whilst providing excellent client care. 
There is also the requirement to be adept at marketing the department and bringing in matters.
