THE ROLE
We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor in the Stamford area. Undertaking a mixture of caseload, you will have solid knowledge of: landlord and tenant matters; development work; freehold acquisitions; bank finance; agricultural issues; construction projects and; purchase orders. It is therefore essential that the successful Solicitor have a hands on approach, work well within a team and under minimum supervision. You will be client focused and participate in the business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE within a commercial Property department;
Solid expertise in landlord and tenant, freehold acquisitions, bank finance and development is essential;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload under minimum supervision;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will have a keen eye for details;
You will be a professional.
