4 Month Temporary Funds/Investments Paralegal with lots of paid OT at US Law Firm: £20 per hour

New York Law firm is looking to recruit a new temporary high level paralegal to join their Private Investment Funds department, with a view to start in September and working through until the end of the year if not longer.  This position will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking lots and lots of paid overtime.  This firm is looking for a candidate who has previously worked at a high level and has experience with investments and funds transactions where you have been exposed to clients, drafting and transaction involvement.  This firm is under 100 in size and needs their Paralegals to step up and take responsibility in an autonomous capacity.  Candidates must have at least 6-12 months Corporate transactional experience, preferably from within a City law firm.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30 - however a flexible is needed as there is a good chance there will be overtime.
