Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you a paralegal with previous experience working within a conveyancing department looking to join an established law firm based in Stratford-upon-Avon? 

Our client is a full service law firm based in Stratford-upon-Avon and is now looking to recruit an additional paralegal within their conveyancing department to provide key support and assistance to the conveyancing team. You will join a supportive and friendly department where your key duties will include, but will not be limited to;

• Providing key support and assistance to the conveyancing department 
• Working closely with solicitors and fee earners 
• Preparing legal documents
• Performing searches using the Land Registry
• Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone

In order to be successful for this conveyancing paralegal role based in Stratford-upon-Avon, you must have previous experience working in a similar position, have a great team-working ethic, experience using case management systems and excellent communication skills.
