Planning Partner/Senior Solicitor

My client, a Legal 500 firm, seeks an experienced Planning Partner/Senior Solicitor to join its large Property Department in Leicester.
 
This is a truly exciting role as the firm does not currently have a Planning department, but is looking to grow their offering in the region. They do, however, have the largest commercial property department in Leicester. Their client base consists of developers, sellers, buyers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants across a range of sectors including; Commercial Development, Construction, Healthcare, Investment Property, Property Finance, Residential Development and Retail.
 
The firm is looking for an ambitious and strong leader who can join the firm and grow a team. Although a client following would be advantageous, this is not necessary as the firm already has an excellent client base, enabling the Planning Partner/Senior Solicitor to join and hit the ground running.
 
The ideal candidate will already be at Partner level, or will be a Senior Solicitor who is ready to take the next step in their career.
