One of the UK’s most successful law firm is seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join their pensions team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The firm’s pensions team is one of the strongest in the UK with a presence in its five offices the team boast over 70 of the UK’s pensions experts.
The team acts for a variety of trustees and corporate clients including financial institutions, insurance companies, large global corporations and public bodies. The pensions work includes advisory work on mergers and acquisitions, winding up, corporate support, compliance and pension disputes. The successful candidate will enjoy excellent work in one of the UK’s leading teams offering first class support which will ensure a successful career in this interesting field.
The successful candidate will be an important part of the team from day one with good client exposure and business development helping them to develop a well-rounded skill set in addition to the excellent technical craftsmanship which make this one of the most interesting and intellectually stimulating areas of the law.
Ideally we are looking for someone with a seat in pension, however, individuals with a strong seat in employment with some good exposure to or a demonstrable interest in pensions will be considered.
