This long established West End law firm, still based in a desirable location, is looking to add a property finance partner to their already strong platform. The property finance team already has strength in depth, but keen to grow further. They deal with a full range of property finance matters, both borrowers and lenders, on bridging loans, structured finance, security - and most other forms of finance whether covering residential, retail, offices, or development sites. The firm has relationships spanning many years with most major lenders.
The firm is looking for someone with a track record in property finance, with a following/track record of billing, of £300,000+. The team are friendly and supportive of new joiners, and the firm has a solid financial footing. It is a very settled partnership, allowing for confidence in bringing your clients over. You will have plenty of support from junior and mid level property finance lawyers already working at the firm.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, with experience in property finance working at partner/partner designate level. A following of some kind is a must.
