Corporate - Commercial - 2-5 pqe - Accountancy Practice - London

Our client is an accountancy practice with an ABS licence who are in growth mode. They are looking to develop their legal services offering with the appointment of a corporate/commercial lawyer with 2-5 years pqe either in private practice or in house. The team provides legal advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, share purchase agreements as well as general commercial work. They are open to candidates with either a pure corporate M&A background or candidates who have mixed corporate and commercial experience.

The role reports to the head of client legal services and forms a senior element of the team. Location in the South of the UK may be negotiable. This is a rare opportunity for a corporate lawyer to enjoy a great work-life balance and a broad based corporate and commercial role.
