Private Client and Conveyancing Solicitor sought to join well established and growing multi-site firm based in Blackburn, Lancashire.
You will have the opportunity to handle a dual caseload of both private client and conveyancing matters including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, sale and purchase of residential property, transfer of equity from instruction through to completion.
The work is predominantly from a local client base as the firm has a great reputation in the area. Whilst the department is fairly small at present, long term career development is on offer.
You will likely be a qualified Private Client Solicitor and/or Conveyancing Solicitor with 1+yrs PQE across both specialisms looking to undertake a varied and client focused role. You will have a proven track record in managing both conveyancing and wills/probate matters and be used to undertaking business development and marketing initiatives.
Salary is negotiable from £30,000-35,000, however this is flexible for the right individual.
Based in Blackburn, the firms’ offices are commutable from Preston, Bolton, Burnley, Accrington.
