Motor Fraud Fee Earner - Claimant

Our client is a highly reputable UK headquarted international firm. They are seeking a Motor Fraud fee earner to join them on a permanent basis in their West Midlands office.

Responsibilities will include handling a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims in relation to Motor Fraud. The case load will cover:

• Minimal impact cases – low speed/significant trauma cases

• Phantom passengers

• Contrived claims

• Semi-staged / staged claims

• Exaggerated claims

• Organised (ringed) fraud

Typical duties will involve drafting evidence, speaking directly to clients, drafting witness statements, attending court where necessary and undertaking duties to advance cases. The work will be high volume and the office environment is fast paced. Candidates must be driven and able to multitask efficiently and work to strict deadlines.
