Excellent opportunity for Conveyancing Paralegal to gain hands-on experience of completion and post completion duties.

Staffed by a team of specialist lawyers and experienced support staff, who are dedicated to delivering consistently excellent client care they have achieved the coveted Lexcel accreditation. The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join a CQS accredited team based in London. With solid experience of the conveyancing process, the successful Paralegal will work closely with two fee earners, handling freehold and leasehold files through completion and post completion with minimal supervision. Areas may include: sales and purchases; new builds; remortgages; transfers of title and; shared ownership. Excellent client care skills and the ability to work well when under pressure will be essential. The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with solid experience working within a Conveyancing Department;
You will be able to confidently handle files through completion and post-completion;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be able to be organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be personable and professional with a keen eye for detail.
