Industrial Disease Paralegal - Chester
A friendly, modern and well-structured company with a very successful Defendant Industrial Disease department is currently looking for an additional Industrial Disease Trainee Paralegal to support the team in Chester.
They deal with both Industrial Disease and Employers Liability, encompassing both Deafness, Asbestos, RSI and VWF etc claims. The role will see you handling a caseload of both Industrial Disease and some Employers Liability claims whilst assisting the Senior members of the team on more complex matters.
You will be a Paralegal, with previous experience in handling Industrial Disease matters (such as NIHL, RSI or VWF), however, candidates from a claimant EL/PL background with a real desire to act on Defendant Industrial Disease claims are also encouraged to apply.
Your new team will give you support, training and guidance throughout and you will be given all the tools you need to progress and develop.
