Interim Commercial Contracts Solicitor

My client offers a variety of financial/insurance products to individuals to enable them to make the most of their lives. They are an innovative and technologically advanced company in a central location and offers a vibrant environment to work in.

The Position:-
* Assistance is required to handle a variety of contractual work across the business including drafting, reviewing and advising on general commercial contracts on behalf of the business and insurance/financial services products

The Right candidate:-
* You will be a qualified Commercial Solicitor with a good level of experience within the Commercial Contracts scene, ideally working for other In House legal teams
* If you have a financial services background that would be preferable but it is not essential
* This company does a lot of online marketing/advertising so that someone with an interest in technology/media would also be beneficial
* You will be immediately available for new full time opportunities starting ASAP

This company has recently been taken over by another organisation so that they are undergoing a period of change and this position would therefore suit someone who is keen to problem solve and come up with solutions to benefit the business as well as shifting the build of existing work they have there.
