Role: Residential Conveyancer

A well respected firm in Liverpool are seeking a permanent Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property Department.

The ideal candidate will be able to deal with a full and busy caseload of all Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including:

• Sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgages
• Transfer of equity

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer with ideally at least 2 years experience or more to further their law career at a reputable firm. 

Commercial property experience is also desirable and the role can offer flexible working hours.
