An exciting opportunity has arisen with an award winning Professional Services Provider based in the South East for an experienced Commercial Lawyer.
As In-House Counsel you shall work closely with the General Counsel and a number of other individuals across the Legal department to provide support to the UK and European offices on a range of legal matters including Commercial Law, Litigation and Employment Law. Additionally you shall work with a number of directors of the business on global scope projects and highlight any risks associated with a variety of Commercial contracts.
Candidates must be a Qualified Lawyer with the ability to review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements. Ideal candidates will have gained experience in Commercial Law, Litigation and Employment matters within an In-House role, however candidates from a Private Practice background will also be considered.
