The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Family Lawyer for a busy team based between Dunmow and Chelmsford. With proven experience in the field, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of family matters, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Matters will include: divorce; domestic violence including non-molestation and occupation orders; financial relief; separation; unmarried couples; children; preparing cases for trial and; conducting advocacy in the Family Court. Strong negotiation and drafting skills will therefore be essential.
Keen to get involved with business development initiatives, the successful Lawyer will build and strengthen long-lasting client relationships, developing new leads as well as repeat business. The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives NQ Plus;
You will be technically competent with solid experience in Family;
You will have outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
Ability to bring an existing caseload will be advantageous but is not essential;
You will be IT Literate with particular expertise using Case Management System;
You will be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail;
You will have a desire for professional development.
