Italian Senior Legal Counsel

We have been instructed by a Japanese corporation operating in the imaging industry to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel for their Italian subsidiary.

Reporting to the Corporate General Manager based in Milan you will be an Italian qualified lawyer with around 6 to 8 years of post-qualified experience gained by working in private practice and in-house. You will have gained broad corporate, M&A and commercial contracts experience ideally in the IT and/or medical device industry.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.

This role is a standalone counsel and as a result will require you to be autonomous, independent, self-motivated and with excellent communication skills. You will also be commercially orientated and have solid transactional experience ideally gained across multi jurisdictions.
