A friendly, well established multi-disciplinary law firm based in Manchester are wishing to add a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to their team.
The Role
- You will join a well established firm and will handle your own varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.
- You will also do a small amount of Commercial Leases.
- You will work as a standalone conveyancer with your own secretary
Suitable Candidates
- You will be at least 5 years PQE.
- You will have strong Residential Conveyancing experience/skills.
- You will have experience in dealing with Commercial Leases.
- You will be able to work mostly unsupervised.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience - £30,000 - £45,000.
- Full Time or Part Time working hours.
- Friendly team.
