Commercial Solicitor

We are assisting a small, boutique firm based in the Lancashire/Merseyside borders to recruit an experienced Commerical Solicitor.

The firm are wishing to expand and add to their small and experienced team.

The Role

• You will work with the MD on a mixed caseload of Commercial matters.
• You will visit clients to undertake legal health checks on their businesses and to discuss business and growth strategy.
• You will assist in business development and marketing of the department.
• You will become an integral part of the business in terms of acquiring new work as well as fee earning.

Suitable Candidates

• You will have gained at least 3 years experience in handling a varied caseload of commerical matters.
• You will be ambitious, energetic, and wanting to assist the firm with its growth plans
• You will be a team player but will also be able to work independently.
• You will have stong business acumen and a commercial brain.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary is attractive and negotiable, dependent upon experience up to circa £35,000.
