Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A well established and forward thinking Conveyancing firm based in East Lancashire are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to help expand their conveyancing department.

The Role

You will handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.You will use a state of the art Case Management system You will have assistance from fee earnersYou will work with HNW clientsOpportunities to work from home for part of the week

Suitable Candidates

• You must be a qualified Conveyancer - Solicitors, Filex/Cilex or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 5 years PQE in handling conveyancing matters.
• You must have extensive experience in conveyancing
• Opportunity for partnership for the right person

Salary & Benefits

• The salary on offer is between £30,000 - £45,000.
• If you have a following of clients then the salary can be discussed accordingly.
