A Top 100 UK Law firm with a national profile is now looking to add a property litigation solicitor to their buoyant team.

This is a fantastic place to work where you will join a highly skilled , technically strong property litigation department and you will get the chance to handle complex issues.

Ideally you will have 1-2 years PQE to compliment the team structure and have trained and gained experience at a comparable city or large regional law firm, gaining exposure to good quality matters.

You will be able to assist clients in all areas of landlord and tenant litigation and in any real estate dispute. For example dilapidations; forfeiture; land registration disputes; issues relating to landlord's consent; lease renewals; possession claims; recovery of rent and other arrears; rights to light and other easement disputes; service charge issues; property related insolvency; and restrictive covenants. There will be a slight bias towards commercial landlord and tenant issues. Experience in dealing with business lease renewals under the 1954 Act is a pre-requisite.

You will develop your own skills so much in this driven environment working alongside some of the best property litigation solicitors in the country.
