Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive
PQE 1+, Brentwood, Essex

Salary: £30k - £40k per annum (dependant on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

A well-established, legal practice in Brentwood, Essex is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their growing Property department.

The successful candidate will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE and proven experience of handling their own Conveyancing caseload. Those with additional experience in Commercial Property will be strongly considered as you may also be required to undertake work in Commercial Property.

You will be able to good at building and maintaining client relationships. A client following would be advantageous, however not essential.

The ideal candidate:
- Will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX)
- Possesses PQE 1+ years
- Experienced dealing with a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proactive in marketing with outside agencies ¿ estate agents, property developers
- Objective and professional in their dealings with clients
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Great attention to detail
- Self-motivated, confident and keen to succeed
- Computer literate (working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel)
