Commercial Property Lawyer

Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Leicestershire for an initial period of 3- 6 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer from either a public sector or private practice background to join a local authority who are very accommodating of their staff, both in terms of flexible working and a rewarding pay rate.

The ideal candidate will ideally start this role relatively soon and will have the option to either work full-time or part-time in this position.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will manage a varied caseload, to include;

● Sales
● Purchases
● Leases
● Licences
● Easements
● Reports on title
● Advice on such matters

Commercial Property Lawyers from both local authority and private practice backgrounds are encouraged to apply, providing they show an enthusiasm to work in the public sector.
