Client Account Supervisor at US law firm to £42,000

Stunning London based US Law firm is looking for a Client Account Supervisor to manage the firm’s client money and take control of all client accounts.  Responsibilities will include preparing and posting all client money transactions, handling all correspondence with the banks and updating the bank mandates, advising fee earners on Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, preparing the client and office account bank reconciliations on a monthly basis, preparing the daily cash receipts summary, supervising the workflow of the Client Account Coordinator and any other ad hoc duties as and when required.  Candidates should have advanced knowledge of 3E and possess previous supervision/staff management experience, while being AAT certified would be advantageous.  Applicants should also have proficient knowledge of the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, and be familiar with VAT and its practical application.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude will be required as there may be the possibility of overtime.
