Our client based in Hampshire have an outstanding reputation for being friendly, approachable and trustworthy. Due to a well-respected member of the team leaving they are seeking a Private Client Locum who can join them on a long term basis.
The ideal Private Client locum will be able to take on a full Private Client mixed value caseloads which will include but is not restricted to:
- Wills
- Probate
- Power of Attorney
- Court of Protection
The ideal candidate for this Private Client Solicitor role will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor, FILEX, Legal Executive or equivalent with at least 2 years' experience dealing with all aspects of Private Client matters. Experience in STEP would be desired, though not crucial.
The successful Private Client locum will be a team player, friendly and a quick learner. The Private Client locum will benefit from a competitive hourly rate, a commutable location and a long term position.
