My client is a well-established Legal 500 firm. They are a leading and much respected law firm recognised for their high quality work and in depth knowledge across private client and commercial work.

They are looking to recruit a Commercial Property solicitor with circa NQ-3 years PQE to join the highly regarded property team.

You will manage your own caseload of matters and will also assist other members of the property team.

You will be looking to further develop your skills and knowledge within Commercial Property and committed to offering a first class service to clients. An excellent academic record and Commercial Property exposure within a reputable firm is essential.

Work you will get involved in includes -

• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
• Granting, renewal and alteration of leases
• Secured lending
• Certificates of title
• Sale and purchase of retail shops, restaurants and public house as going concerns
• Corporate support - property strategy, due diligence, warranties and indemnities
