I am working with a leading British retailer who are looking to recruit an Employment lawyer in London. You must have experience with both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Reporting to the Head of department, your main responsibilities include:
- Formulating and drafting employment related documentation including settlement agreements, contracts, policy guidance, TUPE working and precedent;
- Acting on behalf of the company in contentious employment matters;
- Providing practical and commercial legal advice to stakeholders on employment and pensions issues.
You will ideally have at least 4 years' PQE and must have trained at a top city law firm, ideally with retail secondment or client experience. This is a great role within a high achieving and close-knit team, in a well-known and respected retail company.
