The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Private Client Lawyer for a specialist department based in the Melksham area. Ensuring a personable and professional service at all times, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload to include: will drafting; preparing LPAs; estate administration; probate matters; setting up and administering trusts and; advising on inheritance tax. Trust Administration experience is essential for this position. In addition, the successful Lawyer will immerse themselves in business development initiatives promoting the department and practice as a whole. You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent in all aspects of private client;
You must have previous Trust Administration experience;

You will have a desire for professional development.
