Personal Injury Fraud Solicitor

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor looking to join a national Top 20 law firm?

This opportunity, with one of the UK's leading law firms, is a fantastic chance to either break into the growing area of personal injury insurance fraud work, or to move up to the next level with a well performing team.

You will be responsible for your own caseload of pre litigated and litigated files, dealing with potentially fraudulent motor cases to include phantom passengers, contrived claims and low velocity impact. In addition, you will work with the more senior fee earners and assist on complex fraud cases.

Applications are welcome from individuals at Solicitor or Legal Executive level, provided you are able to demonstrate solid personal injury litigation experience (claimant or defendant), and a sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. Experience of fraud cases would be preferred. You will also demonstrate a high standard of communication skills.

This is an exceptional 12 month FTC contract opportunity to join a multi award-winning team in Newcastle city centre; however, there is the possibility of the position developing into a permanent opportunity.
