An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment solicitor to join our busy employment/gatekeeper department based at either our Uckfield or Hove offices. The employment solicitor will be expected to have a depth of experience advising commercial clients in redundancy and restructuring, restrictive covenants, corporate support work, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal and general employment matters. The successful candidate must be able to manage their own case load and have experience of business development to further grow the department
