Private Client Solicitor

The Role

An experienced Private Client Solicitor is now required on a full time, permanent basis for an established department in Nottingham. Joining a team of highly regarded fee earners the successful Private Client Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload incorporating all aspects of wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts, Court of Protection and tax law. In addition, you will actively participate in business development activities for the department and firm a whole. With high levels of client contact this position would suit a confident professional with excellent client care and interpersonal skills.

• Be a solicitor of 2+ years PQE in private client matters;
• Possess excellent client care skills;
• Be proactive, with a creative, problem-solving approach;
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, concise language.
