Commercial Property Paralegal

A longstanding multi-site law firm with offices across the East Midlands and Lincolnshire regions is looking to recruit a commercial property paralegal, to join its well reputed team based in Nottingham. The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will be joining an expanding team of dedicated Commercial Property Paralegals and for many years the team have been recognised as leaders in their field. The team is well supported and growing organically, but remains a fast pace and exciting environment to work in.

Experience of the Conveyancing process is essential for this role so at least 6 months would be adequate. Those that have completed their LPC or are Ilex qualified will be at a good level for this role as career progression is guaranteed.

• Assist a residential conveyancing solicitor with the day-to-day running of their caseload. The ability to work as part of a team is essential, together with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Deal with administrative routines as required to include computer printouts
• Confident dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters.
