Possibly one of Battersea’s oldest law firms, this firm has placed its roots in the area since early 1900 is now looking to recruit an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor. The firm have delivered organic growth and now have additional offices in Surry and still have their flagship office based in Battersea.
The team is small but has a reputation that attracts clients from the local area and across the UK. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering practical solutions, advice and expertise to owners of small and medium sized businesses.
To be successful in this role you will have experience and confidence in dealing with the following:
- Establish a new business
- Change the business structure
- Manage or generate investment
- Acquire an existing business or collaborate with others
- Resolve business disputes
