Due Diligence Paralegal

Paralegal with Magic Circle Law Firm, Virtual Due Diligence, 6 months +, London, £15.50p/h + OT

Your new company
This Magic Circle Law Firm is looking for a paralegal to sit within its Virtual Due Diligence and Data Rooms Team. The firm is looking for a paralegal who can commit for at least the next 6 months.

Your new role
You will mostly be working within the corporate groups, assisting with due diligence exercises, managing data rooms, helping with general document management and working on verification exercises. You will directly liaise with the practice and external parties, providing global matter support. You will work with the practice to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction, and you will also report on work in progress and any service issues.

What you'll need to succeed
You have completed your LLB/GDL and LPC (and secured your results). You are a strong communicator and have good commercial awareness. You are comfortable working with senior colleagues including Managing Associates, Partners and Clients. You have strong attention to detail, and can perform duties in line with agreed instructions and procedures.
