I currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, or Paralegal, to handle a mixed Industrial Disease case load to include NIHL, asbestos related disease, cumulative back injuries, hand arm vibration, and many more. In this industrial disease solicitor role, you will be fee earning under partner supervision, handling matters from inception through to conclusion, whether by settlement, litigation, or withdrawal.

The firm has a proven track record of successful results with a high success rate for cases taken to trial, together with securing a significant number of discontinuances. 

This is an exciting time to join a growing department, and applications are welcomed from solicitors or paralegals with both defendant and claimant backgrounds, although defendant experience is preferred.
