I currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to assist a reputable Legal Department in Leeds as a Technical Conveyancing Advisor, dealing with volume title or other pre completion issues which arise on a daily basis. 

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for any technical queries such as Anti-Money Laundering and where possible, identify potential process improvements.
