Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Head of Department)

Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to manage a national Clinical Negligence team across the UK? Are you looking to coordinate a Clinical Negligence business strategy and drive the department forward?

I have an outstanding opportunity within a Legal 200 firm for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the team in Leeds. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, marketing & business development, organisational design, implementing business plans, and coordinating the work within the Clinical Negligence Department.

In order to be considered for this Clinical Negligence Solicitor position, you will have 5 years’ + PQE of running a Clinical Negligence caseload including the utmost severity and birth injury claims. You will have a proven ability to lead and manage a team of fee earners and support staff, and have strong business development and marketing skills.
