Are you a senior property litigation solicitor who would like to work within a team of 5 at a leading Legal 500 firm in Southern Hertfordshire and London? Do you have experience of enfranchisement matters and could you help the firm develop within this niche area of property litigation?
You will be a property litigation solicitor who ideally has around 3-5 years’ PQE. Your experience should include the full range of property disputes relating to vacant possession, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charges, rent reviews, nuisance, trespass and rights to light. However the successful candidate will also be proficient with collective enfranchisement, individual and bulk lease extensions and right to manage claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
