Our client is a leading independent law firm with offices across Surrey. Their clients include Business and Wealthy individuals. Today alone they undertook the sale of a House valued at £7.8m.

Their Residential Property Team near Epson has a Partner in charge and several assistants, they are billing nearly £400k.

Sadly the lady in charge is retiring in 18 months so they are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to retain the relationship with the local agents and continue to grow the practice.

There is plenty of time for a hand over of the practice, and they are happy to pay generously. The current lady is rewarded handsomely.

There is parking locally in either the public carpark which is very cheap or the local residential roads.
