The client is a top international law firm offering superb Property Litigation work
Description
You will work as part of a local team working as a Property Litigation Solicitor handling a mixture of work including
commercial property management work (covenant enforcement, 1954 Act renewals etc) requiring efficiency and organisation in dealing with routine matters (with the help of our paralegals) and a high level of familiarity with the relevant law to ensure non-routine matters are identified and dealt with properly; and
property development related risk avoidance, advice and litigation involving black letter law and strategic and commercial thinking; and
cutting edge work, particularly for our sector clients involving a willingness to take on new property related areas outside the usual PDR work and become expert in those.
Profile
You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor who is likely to have 4 years PQE upwards. Please note this is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role

£47k upwards
