A exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join leading national Nottinghamshire based law firm within a market leading residential property department.

The role will involve handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion to include;

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* New builds
* Transfers of Equity
* Auction properties

Experience of handling more complex and technical conveyancing transactions would be an advantage.
