A known Commercial law firm in Oxford is seeking an experienced Solicitor for its Property department.
You will be able to run a mixed case load of 50% residential and 50% commercial property. It would suit someone seeking to work for a small niche firm, perhaps seeking more work/life balance without compromising on quality of work.
This residential & commercial property solicitor role will include working closely with the Commercial department. A large amount of work will be High Net Worth Residential, and the work is referred from the firm’s business clients.
It is important that you also have Commercial Property experience as you will also be expected to work closely with the Commercial Property Partner.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running handling a varied caseload. You will also enjoy promoting and developing the Property department, building on existing contacts and making new ones.
Salary will be negotiable, depending on experience, plus a performance related bonus with partnership prospects within 2 years’ for the right applicant.
