Residential Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner is required to join a highly successful firm with numerous offices throughout Yorkshire in their Harrogate office. You will be required to run your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion and therefore it is essential you have strong fee earning experience and would be confident managing a caseload from day one.

Our client is a full service firm that has a long standing and excellent reputation within the Yorkshire market. The firm has a strong presence within the Yorkshire market and therefore has a broad and loyal client base. Particularly in relation to the residential conveyancing department the team is going from success to success

The Role

-You will be required to manage a full residential caseload from start to completion. You will manage the full transactional process and matters will certainly include: sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold and Transfer of Equity just to name a few.

-In this role you will be fully supported by two designated assistants that will be allocated directly to you, allowing you to fully focus on your caseload and fee earning responsibilities.

-You will be fully supported by the rest of the conveyancing department both those in your office and fee earners throughout the firms offices who can all be contacted remotely.

The Candidate

-Ideally you will be a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified highly skilled residential conveyancing fee earner fully confident running your own caseload and supporting two assistants.

-Those with knowledge and previous experience of working within the Yorkshire market will particularly stand out however this is not essential.

-The department is very busy at the moment and so it is important you are confident managing a sizeable caseload. However our client values building and developing relationships with clients so you should be confident running your caseload whilst establishing a strong rapport with clients.
