Litigation Paralegal

A FTSE 100 company requires a driven and ambitious Litigation Paralegal to join their in-house legal team. You will play a pivotal role, working in the Corporate Recovery team running your own litigated Debt Recovery files from start to completion. The Role:

• Joining our client's in-house Corporate Recovery team, you will run your own caseload of litigated Debt Recovery files.
• These will be run by you from start to completion, covering both judgements and enforcements.
• Taking on a heavily client facing role, you will liaise closely with third parties and help to build debtor profiles.
• This role involves working in a fast paced, in-house legal team where there will be excellent scope for progression and for you to develop your career.

The Candidate:

• The ideal candidate for this role would be a dynamic Paralegal or Fee Earner who holds a Law degree and has some experience of Litigation work, ideally Debt Litigation.
• Working in a fast paced environment, good time management skills are key to this role.
• Excellent communication skills are a necessity as you will be liaising with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Running your own files, you must be highly organised and capable of working to deadlines.
