Our established Liverpool based clients are looking to recruit a Higher Court Advocate (Criminal Courts) to join their team.
The successful Applicant will have at least 4 years HCA experience and will be able to cover all cases up to and including Category B and potentially Category A.
Our clients cover an entire range of criminal legal activity from police stations through to the Magistrates Court onto the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal.
Any successful Applicant will be expected to field a wide knowledge of all these areas.
This is not a 9 to 5 job, Applicants will be expected to work whatever reasonable hours are necessary for the completion of the tasks to which they are delegated.
In relation to Crown Court work, you will be expected to travel wherever the client takes us.
Salary package will be by negotiation
