Paralegal

A global consulting firm is currently looking for a commercial Paralegal to join the Birmingham office on an interim basis on behalf of a Tier 1 bank.

The firm provides consultancy services to companies within the Finance sector in a variety of areas including technology and change. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities of the role are likely to entail; review and implementation of frameworks, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements such as sub-contractor, IT and supplier.

The successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate upwards of 12 months commercial contracts experience and banking experience will be advantageous.
