Paralegal/Litigation Assistant - Motor - Sheffield

This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on defendant personal injury work.

Team Information: The national Liability Division at Kennedys is spread across our UK offices and advises on a broad range of liability claims acting for insurers, claims handlers and self-insuring corporations.

The Sheffield Liability Team deals with claims from small claims track up to high value claims.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Essential: Good Academics.

Experience: (Type, length, quality, background)
Essential:

• 1-3 years' experience of defendant personal injury motor claims gained within a law firm.*
• Instructing experts and taking witness statements.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the personal injury pre action protocol. Defendant motor litigation and recovery work
